A 22 YEAR OLD FOUND DEAD IN HIS ROOM AT MIM, AHAFO REGION
A 22-year-old young man known as Agyei at Mim in the Ahafo Region is reported to have been found dead in his room.
On phone with Mim District Police Commander, ASP Michael Teku explained that his mother said it had been about 3 days since they saw him, but they assumed he had traveled because he is a mobile phone and accessories vendor who frequently travels to the city to make purchases of stock, that was until they began to smell a foul scent from his room.
the smell was then traced to his room where the young man was found dead in the room. The family presumed he have been dead since last Sunday, 12th March
The body was then deposited at the Goaso Government Hospital morgue for autopsy and investigations
ASP Michael Teku added that the cause of Agyei’s death is not yet revealed but it is alleged that he was an epileptic patient and they are still waiting for a post-mortem from the doctors to confirm the cause of his death.
