Disease control officer of Mim Urban Health Center,George Sarpong has disclosed that,the COVID-19 pandemic is not over.
He said the covid-19 vaccines have reduced the cases but it is still there.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Sarfo Kantanka on Rejoice Amansan Ntie morning show, George Sarpong emphasized that they are still recording positive cases of covid-19.
He urged the general public to vaccinate with all the doses of the covid-19 vaccines despite the covid-19 safety protocols restrictions.
George Sarpong further explained that people who are fully vaccinated are protected from the disease.
He listed some health facilities where people of Mim and it’s environs can vaccinate.
Facilities include,Mim Urban Health Center,Asukese CHPS compound and Bediako health center
